Colours and Measurements
Due to different PC settings, there may be a difference of 10%-20% colour variance between our photos and our products. We try to give our product measurements as accurately as possible, but please allow a variance of 10% especially for sizes of clothes due to the manufacturer's tailoring.
Cancellation and Refund
We will cancel an order if full payment is not made within 3 working days unless we receive your written request to extend the payment due date.
We will refund the amount paid if a pre-order item is cancelled by the manufacturer due to unavailability.
We will not entertain any order cancellation or refund for other reasons once payment has been made.
All our goods sold are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
