Simply email the following information to uniq.palace@gmail.com:
* UniQ Club Membership no. (if any)
* your name and date of birth
* delivery address for your order
* your preferred delivery method (normal mail, registered mail or courier)
* your preferred payment method to UniQ Palace (POSB, OCBC & UOB)
* product code, quantity, unit and total price
You will hear from us within 48 hours, confirming the availability, final price and shipping cost (if applicable) of your order. Please make full payment only after receiving our order confirmation.

Delivery
In Singapore
From the date of your payment, you should receive your items within 7 working days, i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Pre-order items will take a longer time to reach you - the estimated item arrival date will be posted on our product menu.
You may choose to have your order delivered by:
1. Local normal mail by Singpost – postage will be borne by UniQ Palace (5-7 working days)
2. Local registered mail by Singpost – $3.00 fee will be charged (5-7 working days)
3. Local courier by Singpost or other providers – $15.00 fee will be charged (2 to 3 working days)
We will not be responsible for lost items delivered by mail. We recommend delivery by courier or registered mail.
Outside Singapore
Delivery will be made by air mail or courier service depending on the total weight and destination. Please send your order to us with the complete foreign delivery address and we will send you the cost of posting by Singpost airmail and courier.

Special Price and Bulk Purchase
We offer special prices on our store for a single purchase of at least 7pieces of clothes. The special prices are inclusive of delivery to onelocal address. We will determine the mode of delivery based on thepackage’s weight, size and delivery address. Other products (e.g.accessories or UniQ gifts) in the order will be delivered at the sametime. If an order contains both ready stock and pre-order items, wereserve the right to deliver the package only when all items havearrived at our store.
We also offer a further discount for a single order of a minimum ofS$400 (members: S$350) worth of products (any combination). Deliverywill be provided free of charge to a local address.
